Cancellation during a campaign
Reservations before actual payment are handled as reservation withdrawal before cutoff. Since no actual payment has occurred, no refund process is needed.
Campaign failure
If a campaign does not meet its minimum condition, batch payment is not executed and production does not proceed.
Defects and wrong delivery
If defects or wrong delivery are confirmed after receipt, the operations team reviews evidence such as photos and guides reproduction, exchange, or refund.
